Can you claim you car credit?
Submitted by admin on Sat, 12/10/2011 - 08:20Can you claim you car credit?
I am looking to file my taxes and I have a question. One of my co-workers told me that he was told (i know it sounds funny) that he can claim car credit on his taxes. Now he does not have a small business or anything like that, he uses his car just to go to work and we work in the office environment so I am not sure how can u claim car . So can you in any way claim you car credit if you are using you car to go to work like most of the people?

Cars, Credit Cards, Freedom?

The most free credit you can have is CASH!
All you hear from financial institutions is to build your credit up..College students should get a co-signer and have 2-3 credit cards on them. But wait on minute, if im in college working toward my career, am heavily focused on becoming something one day, why would i want to trade in that for a credit card, finance a car, go out to get a minimum wage job. That is what they tell everyone, so that that the financial institutions can be successful. What they are really telling you is to go out run up debt, borrow money from financial institutions and by the time you graduate, you have that financial debt, a lower GPA, a bad credit score, a higher interest rate, and student loans to also pay for. While they bank of your ignorance, they get bigger bonuses, and CEO pay they're small guys(college graduates) $8-11 and hour. 1 in five students before they graduate have bad credit, and eventually file for bankruptcy. I hope you are getting what is happening here. Did you know banks also have debt too. Why do you think they pay private companies to advertise credit score, everything to do with having a good credit score. They also predict there forecast, income based on what the economy is like or going to be like. Then they know how much money they are expected to bring in for themselves, and having to payback clients(us small people) including people who cash in on things such retirement people..basically anyone who has actual invested into their bank..because they know at anytime a customer can take their money to a better bank, one with more options..better retirements, or Roth IRA's, etc. Please buy used cars, save up for a home, and stop getting these credit cards and don't worry about your credit or credit score. Its useless. Bck in the day everyone who save a money for a down payment could finance a home and there was no such thing as credit. Either you have money or you don't. THE 2 MOST IMPORTANT THINGS IN AMERICA IS A HOME, A DECENT CAR, AND HAVING MONEY AT YOUR DISPENSE..AND SAVE. Jobs are not guaranteed no more. the more integrated we become, the less and less we are stable..and thats for any country. America is always looking for cheap labor, and outsourcing jobs.

My credit score is 732. How much is "34 credit inquiries in the last 2 years" lowering my credit score?

There's not too much else wrong with my credit except for the fact that I owe almost a million dollars between mortgages, cars, credit cards, and personal loans. Everything gets paid on time, although much of the debt is 1-3 years old.
It's 34 real inquiries. I'm an active real estate investor. Most of them are hard inquiries with mortgage companies and banks. And a few of them are car loans and a personal loan.
